I ordered a Pulse Hub with two-day shipping, but it took almost two weeks to arrive, which is unbelievable. Before I received the hub, I decided to send it back because the THV-1 sensor was not suitable for a 450 sq. ft. room. There isn't much information available about the coverage area or the product's intended purpose for room size.
I reached out to customer service, and they suggested that I get the Pulse Pro. I really needed the hub for the soil sensors, but the cost for multiple meters and connectors is quite expensive. Despite opting for next-day shipping for the Pulse Pro, it still took a week to arrive.
I'm not saying the products are bad; however, no one from customer service set the right expectations or helped me determine what would work best with my setup. Their approach seems reactive rather than proactive, which led to a disappointing experience for me. I'm considering sending the Pro back and looking for a different brand, which I hate to do because I was really excited about Pulse products.
